The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques announced that the presidency has facilitated the performance of rituals by more than six million Umrah pilgrims and worshipers at the Grand Mosque in Mecca since the gradual resumption of the Umrah service and visit to the Two Holy Mosques, SaudiGazette reports.

Saudi Arabia has decided to lift the temporary travel ban and resume all international flights, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Friday citing a statement from the Ministry of Interior.
The move, which will come into force on March 31, 2021, includes the following measures:
1. Citizens will be allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and come back.
2. The temporary ban on international flights will be lifted.

Charity Fund “Zakat” has resumed its charity dinners for those in need, the press office of Muslim religious Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan. Free portions of hot food were distributed in the park along Burkhan Shahidi Street in Kazan. Within an hour, the fund’s employees fed more than 50 people: those in need were given salad, first and second courses, bread and tea. The organizers plan to hold similar initiatives every Friday in future.

The restoration of the Juma Mosque of the VIII century in the oldest Dagestan city Derbent is planned to be completed in 2022, Islam.ru website reports. The mosque is the oldest one in Russia. At the moment, the project is being finalized taking into account a number of features that were discovered by the restorers at the initial stage of work, told TASS agency the director of the Derbent Museum-Reserve, Viktor Chesnokov.
