A schoolboy from Leipzig appealed to the Federal Administrative Court of Germany to get permission to pray during school hours, report German media on Wednesday.  

According to the plaintiff, the school administration violated his right to freedom of religion. Age of the pupil is not specified in messages.

Previously, the schoolboy appealed to other instances, but they decided against him. Thus, the highest administrative court of Brandenburg decreed that restrictions on religious practice are necessary because the school where the young Muslim studies, is attended by children of different faiths.
