August 28, 2012 in the village of Chirkey  of Buynaksky district of the republic of Dagestan district was committed horrific terrorist attack, which claimed the life one of the greatest scholars of Islam of our time, Sufi Shaykh of Naqshbandi and Shazali tariqahs Said Afandi al-Chirkawi.

Six of his murids were also killed during the attack.

Adherence to the true path of Islam of Sheikh Said-Afandi lit the hearts of believers. Allah filled his words of divine truth of the Holy Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). By the will of Allah he leaded thousands of people out   from ignorance.
