Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil hazrat Samigullin held a meeting with schoolchildren from low-income and large families. Every year, on the eve of the Day of Knowledge, Tatarstan Muftiyat gives schoolbags and all the stationery necessary for the school to needy families.

The meeting was held in the office of Muslim Religious Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the republican initiative “Help to get ready for school!”

Kamil hazrat Samigullin congratulated the children and spoke about the importance and value of gaining knowledge in Islam.

In total, 100 pupils received gifts from the spiritual leader of Tatarstan Muslims. Schoolbags and office supplies were purchased thanks to the donations from the local Muslim community.
