Tatarstan Muslim clergy initiatives attracts UAE Embassy

Deputy Mufti of the Republic of Tatarstan received in the office of Muslim Religious Administration of Tatarstan the representatives of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Russia, the first secretary of the consul, head of the department of economics and trade Ahmad Saeed Al-Ketbi and public relations specialist Shaat Haysam Hamed. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Director of Khuzur Publishing House Ruslan Khisamov, Chairman of the Council of Elders of Tatarstan Muftiyat Ayrat Hazrat Ayupov and others.

The deputy mufti of Tatarstan Rustem Hazrat Valiulin shared with the guests the religious situation in the republic, the achievements of Muslim Religious Administration of Tatarstan in spreading traditional Islamic values ​​and the study of the Koran, the press office of Tatarstan Muftiyat reports.

In addition, the first deputy mufti spoke on the work of Tatarstan madrassas, as well as the education of imam-khatibs of mosques, youth policy and multifaceted charitable projects. Ih his turn Ruslan Khisamov introduced the guests with Khuzur Publishing House and its activities.

Chairman of the Council of Elders of Tatarstan Muftiyat, Airat Hazrat Ayupov, focused on pressing issues of studying the history of the spread of Islam in Tatarstan and Russia, the revival of the domestic theological heritage and the preservation of national identity. 

The meeting was held in a constructive manner and both parties considered the possibilities of further cooperation. In particular, the parties discussed implementation of joint projects in the field of publishing the Koran and books on memorizing the Koran, as well as the expanding of religious publishing, organizing pilgrimage and developing Muslim media.
