“We have a negative attitude to Halloween. This culture, one might say, has in some way turned into a satanic one. In general, everything that contradicts normal traditions, universal traditions is a satanic tradition”, he said.

Bulat Hazrat Mubarakov believes that such an event leads to the degradation and extermination of the nation. Because dressing in satanic costumes people can sin from the religious point of view.
