Moscow, August 11, 2022

Nikolai Khanin, head of the city district of Kashir, invited representatives of ROSMIGRANT under the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia (SAMR) to hold an information meeting with labor migrants. The guests were told about the activities of the center, as well as the issues of integration and adaptation of labor migrants, their compliance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation.

During the conversation, foreign citizens were informed about the procedure for their stay on the territory of Russia, as well as about their rights and obligations. Particular attention was paid to the changes made to the legislative acts on migration issues, as well as liability for offenses, including those involving expulsion from the country.

The event was attended by representatives of the migrant community from Central Asia living in Kashira city district. The organizers plan to hold such meetings on a regular basis, in order to prevent and avoid conflicts on ethnic grounds.
