The head of the construction of the cathedral mosque of Crimea, Ziya Aliyev, shared last night about the process of its building during the program at Millet TV channel, Islam.ru website reports.  

The opening of the cathedral mosque in the Crimean capital Simferopol is scheduled for 2021. Currently, the workers have already finished carrying out all the utility systems, next they covered the main dome of the mosque with a lead roof, as well as installed the windows and decorated them with stained-glass. Now they are laying the façade of the mosque with marble.

Aliyev also added that it is finished to install handmade wooden doors that are assembled from wood of different species using the mosaic method.
