A grand event dedicated to the month of Rabi ul-Awwal was organized in Ulyanovsk by the Dagestan diaspora in Ulyanovsk region.

The event was attended by first deputy Mufti of Dagestan Abdullah Adzhimollayev, chief imam of the Ulyanovsk region Ildar Safiullin, theologians of the region and others.

Speaking to the participants of the Mawlid festival, Adzhimollayev conveyed greetings on behalf of Mufti of Dagestan Republic Sheikh Ahmad Afandi and expressed his gratitude for the invitation and warm welcome. The first deputy Mufti also spoke about the beautiful manner of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).

During the festival the participants listened to the Nasheeds, watched videos about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and received memorable gifts from the organizers.
