Mufti of Dagestan Sheikh Ahmad Afandi met with religious leaders who passed the courses on reciting the Holy Koran. The head of the courses was a Hafiz from Yemen, Ibrahim Ahmad al-Zubaji.

The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Koran memorization center of the Dagestan Muftiyat, Muhammadhabib Budunov.

A specialist from the League of the Islamic World and the World Organization for the Holy Koran and Sunnah told the Honorable Sheikh about the programme of courses and noted their importance and great benefits.

 

Some 25 theologians from different municipalities of Dagestan passed the Koran recitation courses that lasted for more than two weeks.
