The final stage of the competition for the book “Sheikh Saifulla-qadi Bashlarov. Life and work” was held on August 21, Isalm.ru reports. The event took place in the Central Juma Mosque of Makhachkala.

The competition was held in several stages. As a result of the second stage, which took place in the cities and regions of Dagestan, three participants from each municipality who showed the best results were selected for the final stage.

In total, about 2,000 contestants took part in the competition, 150 of which made it to the final stage, the press office of the Muftiyat of the Republic of Dagestan reports.

Note that the prize fund is 1,000,000 rubles.
