Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil-hazrat Samigullin received the delegation of the World Council of Muslim Communities (UAE) headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Council Nasr Mohammed Aref.

The meeting took place in the residence of the Religious administration of Muslims of Tatarstan. It was also attended by the Rector of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy Daniyar Abdrakhmanov and Vice-Rector of the Academy Ramil Adgamov.

During the talk the parties discussed the issues of cooperation in the educational process at the academy, in particular, in preparing educational programs for students, as well as partnerships with various public, religious, educational and government institutions of the United Arab Emirates. The guests expressed their willingness to provide educational and methodological assistance to Russian colleagues. Moreover the representatives of the World Council of Muslim Communities shared on the results of the signing the cooperation agreement with the Islamic Culture, Science and Education Support Fund (Moscow).

It is not the first visit of the delegation of the World Council of Muslim Communities to the Tatarstan Muslim administration. Earlier on April 1 2019 its chairman Ali Rashid Al Noaymi came to Tatarstan and visited the Bulgarian Islamic Academy.
