Administration of Bishkek town Pervomayskaya district had a meeting on the issue of registration of mosques and madrasas, which are located in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyz Republic.

The meeting was attended by the heads of law enforcement agencies and special services of the Capital, as well as local administrations, public services, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, the State Committee of Religious Issues and also mosques and madrasas representatives, “KG-Inform” reports.

Law enforcement agencies provided information about the religious situation in Bishkek. They reported that the construction of mosques is under their control. According to them there were some institutions which have not been registered.

As a result, it was decided to complete the registration of all mosques and madrasas in Bishkek within two months. The work will be carried out by the district administration, MTU and other related urban services.
