"Al-Quran - the attraction of harmony" exhibition opened in Kazan

The exhibition presents a rich collection of historically significant and artistically designed manuscripts and editions of the Arabic text of the Quran from the collection of the Kazan Historical-Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve "Kazan Kremlin".

A unique collection of Qurans of the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve began to widen with the starting of the Kul Sharif mosque construction in 1995, the press service of the Muslim religious administration of Tatarstan informs.

The collection consists of modern editions or facsimiles of ancient manuscripts of the Quran, gifts of leaders of different states, socio-political and religious figures, famous cultural and scientific figures of Muslim countries such as Turkey, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Azerbaijan, the Palestinian Autonomy, Iran and many others.

The exhibition is open daily from 10.00 to 18.00, on Fridays from 11.00 to 20.00.
