hereafter

...And to Him shall we return

Source : Harun Yahya / 15 Aug 2014

Billions of people have lived on this earth since the time of the Prophets Adam, Moses, Abraham, Lot, Jonah, Joseph and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon them all). They were both of deep faith and sincere devotion to Allah who obeyed their prophets with sincerity as well as proud and rebellious types, who followed their lower selves and refused to abide by the paths of the prophets.

Arrogance: A Barrier To Paradise

Source : Agencies / 15 May 2014

Those who grow arrogant in this world will be repaid in Hell with a humiliating punishment. There, apart from the agonizing physical pain, they will meet an end that will humble them spiritually. In return for having been unjustly arrogant on earth, they will receive eternal degradation in Hell:

Adultery- major sins in Islam

Source : New Muslims / 14 May 2014

Adultery or fornication, known as zina in Arabic, is considered a sin in all religions.  The seventh commandment of the Bible says “Thou shall not commit adultery.” The Bible decrees the death sentence for both the adulterer and the adulteress (Lev. 20:10).

The Last Moments Before Death

Source : IslamicBulletin / 14  May 2014

There is no doubt that the only guaranteed event that will definitely  face each and every single living being; be they male or female, rich or poor, black or white, sick or healthy, is death. Despite the uneasiness people feel in talking about or even merely thinking about this dark topic, due to it’s unavoidable and inevitable nature, it only makes sense to prepare for it.

The truth of the life of this world

Source : TheIstsUnited / 12 May 2014

"Every soul will taste death. Then you will be returned to Us." (Qur'an, 19: 57)

Yet most of the time man forgets all this, and imagines that he is eternal. He lives in pride and arrogance.

The knowledge of this World

Source : Sacred-Texts / 01 May 2014

This world is a stage or market-place passed by pilgrims on their way to the next. It is here that they are to provide themselves with provisions for the way; or, to put it plainly, man acquires here, by the use of his bodily senses, some knowledge of the works of God, and, through them, of God Himself, the sight of whom will constitute his future beatitude. It is for the acquirement of this knowledge that the spirit of man has descended into this world of water and clay. As long as his senses remain with him he is said to be "in this world"; when they depart, and only his essential attributes remain, he is said to have gone to "the next world."

The Day Of Judgement

"And the Moon is eclipsed, and the Sun and the Moon are fused together, on that Day man will ask: "Where can I run?" No indeed! There will be no safe place. That Day, the only resting place will be your Lord." (Surat al-Qiyama, 8-12)

What is Tawheed?

By World-Insights / 5 Jan 2013

Tawheed is the most important Islamic belief. It implies that everything in existence originates from the one and only Creator, who is also the Sustainer and the sole Source of Guidance. This belief should govern all aspects of human life. Recognition of this fundamental truth results in a unified view of existence which rejects any divisions of life into religious and secular.

Back to school

By Umme Ammarah / 5 Jan 2013

Schools are about to open and you’re probably feeling excited and maybe a little sad that holidays are just about over. Back to School comes with a barrage of projects, homework, sports practice and of course a day filled with pickups and drop offs.

Back to school time also means adjustments for children and families; the first day of grade one, new schools, new classrooms, new teachers and for adults sometimes new jobs.

Blessings of Allah

Source : Harun Yahya / 3 Jan 2013

Oxygen, water, food, sunlight, day and night: your body needs these elements. And along with these, there are beauties which your soul finds pleasure in such as a beautiful view, a pleasant face to look at, or a welcoming home.

The world is full of such blessings, but some people are just not aware of them. They are so caught up in their own troubles that they don't see the wonders of the world. The reason for this negative spiritual state is their life remote from God's religion, and their state of disbelief. A troubled life is the inescapable result of a life not lived according to religious morals.
