An orphanage established by a Turkish charity is now home to dozens of Rohingya's Muslim children who had lost their parents in Myanmar's religious violence.

The orphanage, set up by the Foundation for Human Rights and Freedoms and Humanitarian Relief, is located on the Bangladeshi side of the border with Myanmar, and it shelters nearly 50 orphans.

The children are taught English, math, Bengali, Quran and hadith, or Prophet Muhammad's words.

 

The orphanage consists of a classroom, three dormitories, a cafeteria, and a prayer room.

Children play football in their spare times as little Arakanese take an afternoon nap.
