Muslims in Urals celebrated Mawlid ul-Nabi

Chelyabinsk, November 26, 2019

Muslims of the Urals held Mawlid dedicated to the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Dagestanis living in Chelyabinsk gathered in the city cafe to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).  

The event was opened by preaching and reading the Koran by the imam of the Ismagil mosque, the representative of Muslim Religious Administration of the Chelyabinsk Region Abdurauf-Hazrat and the imam of the mosque from Yekaterinburg, Shahban-haji. In their sermons, the imams shred the episodes from the life of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and spoke on his noble character. The theologians called on those present to be tolerant and have good moral.  

On behalf of the organizers of the festival, the assistant to the Representative of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan in Chelyabinsk Region, Magomed Azhuyev, conveyed greetings and support to participants, and congratulated them on the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

 

The celebration was attended by delegations from different regions of the Urals under the head of the Representative of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan in the Sverdlovsk Region Gadzhi Abdulkarimov, deputy of the City Assembly of Kyshtym Abdula Rajabov, deputy chairman of the Dagestani cultural center in the Tyumen region "Community" Kamaludin Rasulov.

The Mawlid went in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. When it was over, the guests were treated dishes of national cuisine of the peoples of Dagestan.
