Madrasa graduation ceremony held at Moscow Cathedral Mosque

Graduation ceremony dedicated to the end of the two-year Islamic course was held in madrasa of the Moscow Juma Mosque

Graduation ceremony dedicated to the end of the two-year Islamic course was held in madrasa of the Moscow Juma Mosque on April 29, Muslims of Russia news agency reports. The Director of the madrasa - Zhafarov Haji Feyzrahmanov congratulated students with graduation.

“We teach our students according to educational programs developed by Muftiyat, mainly on Sundays. The educational program includes recitation of the Holy Quran, salat performing rules, the foundations of Islamic sciences. Students are divided into three age groups - from 7 to 15 years, from 18 to 30, and from 30 to 75,"- said deputy director of the Moscow Juma Mosque madrasa - Marat-Hazrat Arshabaev. Among our students are - pupils, students and graduates of State universities and adults, some of whom hold degrees in various fields of science.

Total number of madrasa students is about 200 people. About 50 people graduated madrasa in 2013.
