Kashmir Muslims organize peace march in Srinagar

The leaders on the occasion urged people to maintain brotherhood and do not allow divisive forces to wedge division among people

The Hurriyat Conference has organized a peace march today from downtown Srinagar under the leadership of its chairman Syed Ali Geelani. 

The hundreds of people participated in an unity march in Srinagar. The march was led by APHC leaders including Masroor Abbas Ansari, Ghulam Nabi Zaki, Ghulam Nabi Nagoo, Muhammad Shafi Khan and Mushtaq Ahmed Sofi. The unity march was taken out in Rajouri Kadal, Hawal and Zadibal.

Meanwhile, Hurriyet leaders including Mirwaiz Umar Faroooq, Molvi Abbas Ansari, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Ghulam Rasool Malik, Zahid Ali, Syed Saleem Gilani and Hakeem Abdul Rashid in a joint meeting expressed concern over the situation in the city. They urged youth to observe restraint.
