Kamil khazrat Samigullin told about the arrival of Russian pilgrims to Mecca

Pilgrims from Russia arrived safely in Saudi Arabia to perform the hajj, settling in tent camps and hotels, RIA Novosti reported on Tuesday, from the words of Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Samigullin.

"At the moment, everyone with whom I met,  mostly residents of our republic, the Urals and Siberia, feel great. The organization of the hajj was held at a high level - the flight, transfer, accommodation," - said Samigullin, who also performs hajj this year.

He also said that in each group of Russian pilgrims there is a leader, in case of emergency, who can promptly contact with Saudi Arabia services.

"But praise be to the Almighty, everything is going well," Samigullin said.

According to the mufti, for the believers these days are organized tours to holy places, in particular, to the Forbidden Mosque.

"Many have already visited Medina, now we are preparing for the main events of Hajj," added Mufti Samigullin
