The first 300 pilgrims from Kazakhstan flew to Mecca

Today,  300 hundred Kazakhstani pilgrims flew from Almaty to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj, - the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Caucasus (SAMK) reported.
 
 
Muslims from Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and Aktau make up the first group of the pilgrims: the imams conducted religious literacy courses for them and consulted on all the procedures of the holy pilgrimage. During Hajj the pilgrims will be accompanied by preachers and doctors.
 
This year Kazakhstan got a quota of 3,000 people. There are 18 accredited tourist companies help the Kazakhstani pilgrims to organize the trip.
