Saudi Arabia launches Haj health awareness campaign

The Ministry of Health has launched a multimedia awareness campaign to inform Haj pilgrims of the preventive measures that should be taken during their stay in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.

Vaccination against meningitis mandatory for all Haj pilgrims

The Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that vaccination against meningitis is mandatory for all local and international Haj pilgrims.

Taking the flu shot is also recommended, in addition to quarantine requirements for foreign pilgrims depending on the country they live in, according to officials.
